This property is developed with a private resort layout, four detached casita’s surround the main house and gives our guests the opportunity to gather for a drink around the pool, share a meal together in the main house or have a moment of quiet seclusion in your own luxury casita.

Wineries abound as does the high end cuisine that wine country is known for. Explore the redwoods, go to the beach or ride your bike through the vineyards. All is waiting for you at DCR.

Blackberry Ranch

Enjoy your stay at Blackberry Ranch with over 40 acres of open meadows, a pond and tree covered hillside. This property is perfect for couples who are getting married at Highlands Estates. Rent the entire ranch and have a place for your closets friends and family to stay, just a short walk from the wedding venue. If you just need a place to get back to nature, there are trails to explore or you can relax and recharge lounging on a hammock or playing on a tree swing. In addition to the resident pet ducks, there is abundant wildlife including deer, wild turkeys and a variety of birds. Take a hike around the property or sip coffee on your deck and plan your day to visit the Mendocino coast or explore the wineries in the Anderson, Alexander and Dry Creek valley. All the units have a full kitchen so plan to stop at the farmers market in Cloverdale on Friday night to pick up some local produce and treats.
